The honest pricing matrix

Three tiers. One honest promise: no seat tax, no usage gotchas, no surprise audit-log paywall.

Free is genuinely free — including the audit logs competitors hide behind a paywall. Studio is the same platform 1,247 live worlds run on. Enterprise adds the procurement-grade controls your security team will ask for.

Procurement, in plain numbers

The four questions every evaluator asks — answered in plain numbers.

  1. 01

    Seat limits

Free = up to 5 collaborators per workspace. Studio = unlimited seats, no per-seat tax. Enterprise = unlimited plus SSO, SCIM, and per-role audit trails.

Unlimited seats · no per-user fee
  2. 02

    Multi-region coverage

14 PoPs across São Paulo, Lagos, Mumbai, Seoul and 10 more. Median latency stays under 38ms from any of them, on a standard mid-tier laptop or Quest 2.

    14 PoPs · <38ms median
  3. 03

    Free-tier audit logs

Every tier — including Free — ships audit logs with exportable SOC 2-ready event trails. The only platform in our tier to do that, which is why our security questionnaires are short.

  4. 04

    Support SLAs

Free = community + docs (median 6h response from Discord maintainers). Studio = 24h SLA + shared Slack. Enterprise = 15-min P1 response, named CSM, dedicated solutions engineer.

Late-stage objections

Pricing questions, answered without a sales call.

The five things that determine whether a Studio demo becomes a booked Enterprise call — written out, in advance.

What happens if we exceed our plan's MAU or storage?

No surprise overage invoices. On Studio, we notify your CSM at 80% of your MAU envelope and proactively right-size the contract at renewal. On Free, traffic is throttled — never billed — with a clear in-product prompt to upgrade. Enterprise plans include committed-use discounts up front, so overage is already negotiated.

Where is our data stored, and can we pin it to a region?

Free and Studio run on our global 14-PoP mesh, with regional pinning available on request for EU, US, and APAC. Enterprise customers get full data-residency isolation: choose US-only, EU-only, APAC-only, or a multi-region active-active setup with sovereign boundaries per workload. SOC 2 Type II and GDPR-compliant since Q2 2023.

If we leave Wyrldscape, can we take our assets and end-users with us?

Yes. Every asset, scene graph, and metadata tag exports to open formats (glTF, USD, JSON). Enterprise contracts include a 30-day assisted migration off-platform with a named solutions engineer. We also publish a public migration-runbook so your team can self-serve the handoff in under two weeks.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits, education, or indie studios under $1M ARR?

Yes. Verified non-profits and accredited education programs get Studio at no cost. Indie studios under $1M ARR qualify for our Indie Pass — 50% off Studio for 12 months, renewable. Apply through the onboarding flow; decisions within 5 business days.

What's the minimum contract length on Studio and Enterprise?

Studio is month-to-month or annual (with two months free on annual). Enterprise is annual by default, with multi-year options unlocking volume pricing and dedicated PoP capacity. No auto-renewal lock-ins — we send a 60-day renewal review with usage data so you can scale up, down, or out with full visibility.

Can we trial Enterprise features before signing?

Every Enterprise pilot is a 30-day, full-feature sandbox on your own data, with a solutions engineer embedded for the duration. If Wyrldscape isn't faster than your current stack at the end of the pilot, we'll write the migration off-platform at our cost. That's how we earn the 98.7% retention rate we publish.
